Project Development
ARCOTEL Hotel AG is involved in the project development for new locations all the way to turnkey handover. The company acts as leaseholder and operator (with its own operating company). In special cases, ARCOTEL is also interested in acquiring a property by purchase.
Besides the optimisation of the operational processes and the achievement of a sustained, long-term operating result,
ARCOTEL Hotel AG also stands for:
- development of interior designs on the basis of high-quality hotel amenities
- creation of individual and intuitive hotel concepts
- short decision-making channels at the top management level
- supervision of the construction process for the hotel projects
- procurement of FF&E up to assembly
