Due to the shortage of skilled workers, the future potential of employees lies particularly in the training of apprentices. ARCOTEL Hotels aims to ensure that qualitative and valuable training work creates a close bond with the hotel group right from the start and that many young employees stay with the company beyond their apprenticeship.

For Pupils & Students

Apprenticeship
Would you like to earn your own money and a sound education? Start your apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist, cook, hotel specialist or office clerk.

Internship
Are you currently studying tourism? Gain your first professional experience during an internship and get to know the varied areas of responsibility in a hotel.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide overnight accommodation for an internship. We ask you to take this into account when applying.

Part-time Job
Would you like to earn something alongside your studies? We are always looking for motivated helpers in the areas of breakfast service / restaurant / kitchen / front office.

Dual studies
You combine theory and practice at ARCOTEL Hotels.

For Graduates, Experienced and Career Changers

Traineeship & Management Traineeship
Ready to get started? During atraineeship in various departments (at least 6 months) or management traineeship (at least 18 months), you can gain your first experience and impressions in the different hotel departments.
After the final project has been passed, a position with management responsibility will be awarded.

Freshly out of the apprenticeship or many years of professional experience
